Getting paid
Stripe payment links, cash and check recording, payouts, and reminders.
Sent invoices carry a Stripe payment link — your customer taps it and pays from their phone with a card or mobile wallet. No app, no account, no reading card numbers over the phone.
Payouts
Payments land in your bank account through Stripe, typically the next business day. You connect your bank once during setup.
Cash, check, Venmo
Got paid outside the link? Tell your assistant — "Mike paid cash" — and the invoice is marked paid with the method recorded, so your books stay straight. Partial payments are tracked the same way.
Reminders and overdue invoices
- Invoices past their due window are flagged overdue automatically.
- Ask your assistant to send a reminder and the customer gets a polite nudge with the same payment link.
- Every send and reminder shows up in the conversation thread, so you always know what the customer has seen.
