What Ten Four remembers about customers
Names, addresses, past jobs, and preferences — and how to view or correct them.
Every customer who texts or calls gets a record: name, numbers, addresses, every conversation, every job, and every invoice. The assistant reads it before answering, which is why a repeat customer feels remembered.
What gets remembered
- Contact details and service addresses (customers can have several — home, cabin, shop).
- Job history and invoices, with what was done and what was paid.
- Preferences and details worth keeping — the dog's name, the gate code, "call before arriving." The assistant notes these as they come up.
Viewing and correcting
Open Customers in the app to see any record. You can edit details directly, and anything you fix is what the assistant uses from then on. You can also just tell your assistant — "Mike's new address is 412 Oak" — and it updates the record.
Note: Customer data belongs to your business. It is never shared across Ten Four accounts and never used to train outside models.
