Usage, allowances, and caps
Voice minutes, text counts, the AI budget, and what happens when you hit a cap.
Plans with an allowance meter three things per calendar month: voice minutes, text messages, and AI usage. The meter in your sidebar shows where you stand at a glance.
What happens at the limit
Nothing scary. When an allowance runs out, the assistant pauses and your number falls back to you: inbound calls forward straight to your phone, and new texts wait in Messages flagged for your attention. You are notified when you get close (around 90%) and again if you hit the cap.
The month resets
Allowances reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC). The assistant picks right back up where it left off — no action needed from you.
Overages
Some plans meter extra usage instead of pausing — billed in whole blocks at the rate shown on your plan page, at the end of the billing cycle. Your plan page always shows which applies to you.
