Passwords, passkeys, and 2FA
Keeping your account secure — sign-in options and two-factor authentication.
Your Ten Four account is your business — customers, money, and messages — so the sign-in options are the same grade you'd expect from your bank.
Ways to sign in
- Passkeys — fingerprint or face unlock, phishing-proof, no password to remember. Add one in Settings → Security.
- Google, Microsoft, or Apple single sign-on.
- Email and password, with reset by email if you lose it.
Two-factor authentication
Turn on 2FA in Settings → Security to require a one-time code from your authenticator app at sign-in. You can trust a device you use daily so it only asks occasionally.
If something looks wrong
Sign-in alerts are always-on by email. If you see one you don't recognize, change your password immediately and message support from Help → Support in the app — the team can review recent access with you.
