Notification preferences
Choose text or email per event, and the daily recap digest.
Ten Four tells you everything it does on your behalf — every booked job, sent invoice, and payment. What you tune is *how* you hear about it.
Per-event channels
Settings → Notifications lists every event type with a Text and an Email toggle. Want new jobs by text but payment receipts only by email? Flip the switches. A master switch pauses all text alerts at once.
The daily recap
An optional end-of-day digest summarizes the day — jobs booked, invoices out, money in. Pick the hour it arrives; days with nothing to report send nothing.
Always on
Two things never turn off: security emails (sign-ins, password changes) and the in-app notification feed, which is the permanent ledger of everything the service did for you.
